Shipping Policy

Kingdom Kratom (operated by FYE LLC) ships from our facility in San Antonio, Texas to addresses within the United States only. This page explains how we process and ship your order, what to expect for delivery times, what to do if something goes wrong, and where we are not able to ship.

Order Processing Time

Orders placed before 1:00 PM Central Time on a business day (Monday–Friday) ship the same day.

Orders placed after 1:00 PM Central Time, on weekends, or on U.S. federal holidays ship the next business day.

Business days means Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays. Handling time is 0–1 business days.

Shipping Methods

We ship via USPS and UPS. Carrier and service selection depends on package weight, destination, and current carrier capacity.

Tracking information is emailed to the address on your order as soon as a shipping label is created. You can also view tracking from your account at shop.kingdomkratom.com.

We ship to street addresses only. We are not able to ship to PO Boxes, APO/FPO/DPO addresses, U.S. territories, or any international destination.

Need Your Order By a Specific Day?

We do our best to get your order to you when you need it. A few scenarios to keep in mind:

  • Need it this week? Place your order by 1:00 PM Central Time Monday–Thursday and select Priority Mail or UPS Ground at checkout for the best chance of delivery the same week.
  • Need it by Friday? Place your order before Wednesday 1:00 PM Central Time with Priority Mail, or before Thursday 1:00 PM Central Time with UPS Next Day Air.
  • Need it next-day? Order by 1:00 PM Central Time Monday–Friday and select UPS Next Day Air. Orders placed after the cutoff or on weekends will ship the next business day.

Carrier delivery commitments are made by USPS and UPS, not by Kingdom Kratom. We cannot guarantee delivery dates, but we will always ship on time so the carrier has the longest possible window.

Free Standard Shipping on Orders Over $75

We offer free standard shipping on every U.S. order of $75 or more (calculated on the merchandise subtotal, before tax and after any discounts). No promo code required — the free option is selected automatically at checkout once your cart reaches the threshold.

Free standard shipping uses USPS Ground Advantage (3–5 business days). Orders below $75 ship at a flat standard-shipping rate calculated at checkout. If you need it faster, paid expedited options are available at checkout regardless of order total.

Tracking Updates

You will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number and carrier link as soon as a shipping label is created. Tracking is also available from your account.

Please note: it can take up to 24 hours for the carrier's tracking system to show the first scan after a label is created. If the tracking number does not update for several days after the first scan, the package is most likely still in transit — carriers occasionally skip intermediate scans on packages that are moving normally.

If you have not received a tracking number within 2 business days of your order confirmation, email info@kingdomkratom.com with your order number.

Delivery Delays

Once a package is in carrier hands, delivery is subject to the carrier's network and conditions outside our control. The most common causes of delay are:

  • Severe weather in your region or along the carrier route
  • Carrier volume surges during holiday seasons
  • Incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses
  • Carrier-side address verification or delivery exceptions
  • Federal holidays

We cannot expedite a package once it is moving through the carrier system. If your package is delayed, the best thing to do is wait 1–2 additional business days and recheck tracking. If the package has not moved in 7 business days, contact us and we will open a carrier trace on your behalf.

Reshipping & Address Accuracy

You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout, including the correct apartment, suite, or unit number where applicable.

We cannot reroute, intercept, or recall packages once a shipping label has been created.

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect, incomplete, or undeliverable address, we will contact you with two options:

  1. Reship to a corrected address. A reshipping fee applies to cover the additional carrier cost.
  2. Refund the order minus the original outbound shipping cost (when applicable) and a reshipment-handling fee.

Damaged Items in Transit

If your order arrives damaged, contact us at info@kingdomkratom.com within 7 days of delivery with:

  1. Your order number
  2. Photos of the damaged outer packaging and the damaged product(s) inside
  3. A brief description of the damage

Approved claims are resolved by replacement or full refund at your choice, with no return required.

Claims submitted more than 7 days after delivery, or without photo evidence, may not be eligible for replacement or refund.

Shipping Restrictions

Due to state, county, or municipal regulations, we are unable to ship to the locations below. This list is reviewed regularly and updated as new regulations take effect. If you are unsure whether your area is eligible, please email us before placing your order.

Restricted states:

  • Alabama
  • Arkansas
  • Indiana
  • Louisiana
  • Mississippi (effective July 1, 2025)
  • Rhode Island
  • Vermont
  • Wisconsin

Restricted cities and counties:

  • Denver, Colorado
  • Jerseyville, Illinois
  • Alton, Illinois
  • San Diego, California
  • Oceanside, California
  • Sarasota County, Florida
  • Columbus, Mississippi
  • Malheur County, Oregon

Orders placed for delivery to a restricted location will be cancelled and refunded in full at the original payment method. We employ address verification and geolocation checks at checkout to flag restricted destinations.

Back Orders

If an item in your order is temporarily out of stock at the time of fulfillment, we will:

  1. Ship the in-stock items immediately at no additional charge.
  2. Notify you by email with the expected restock window for the remaining item(s).
  3. Ship the backordered item(s) automatically at no additional charge as soon as they are back in stock — usually within 5–10 business days.

If you prefer, you can email us within 24 hours of the backorder notification to cancel the backordered item and receive a refund for that line item.

Order Changes and Cancellations

Orders can be modified or cancelled before a shipping label is created — typically within a few hours of placement. Email info@kingdomkratom.com with your order number as soon as possible.

Once a label has been generated, the order is in carrier hands and our Refund Policy applies instead.

Age Verification

All customers must be 21 years of age or older to place an order. By placing an order, you confirm that you meet this age requirement and that the delivery address belongs to someone 21 years of age or older.

We reserve the right to require a signature from an adult 21 or older at delivery and to cancel any order if age or eligibility cannot be reasonably verified.
