Privacy Policy
Last updated: May 23, 2026
This Privacy Policy describes how Kingdom Kratom (operated by FYE LLC) collects, uses, and discloses your personal information when you visit, use, or make a purchase from shop.kingdomkratom.com (the "Site"), or otherwise communicate with us about the Site (collectively, the "Services").
"You" and "your" means you as a user of the Services — customer, visitor, or any other individual whose personal information we collect under this Policy.
By using the Services, you agree to the collection, use, and disclosure of your personal information as described below. If you do not agree, please do not use the Services. The Services are intended for adults aged 21 and older only.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices, our product offerings, or applicable law. The revised version will be posted on the Site with an updated "Last updated" date. Material changes will be flagged at the top of the page for at least 30 days. Your continued use of the Services after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated Policy.
Anonymous Browsing
You may browse most of the Site without providing any personal information. Browsing is anonymous unless you (1) create an account, (2) place an order, (3) sign up for our newsletter or SMS list, (4) contact customer support, or (5) interact with our Site in a way that uses cookies or similar technologies (see Cookies section below).
Information We Collect
We collect personal information directly from you, automatically when you use the Services, and from third parties who provide services on our behalf.
Information you provide to us
- Contact and account information — name, email address, phone number, shipping and billing address.
- Order information — items purchased, order history, payment confirmation (we do not store full card numbers — see What We Do Not Do below).
- Account credentials — username and password if you create an account.
- Communications — messages, support requests, product reviews, survey responses, and any other content you submit.
- Age verification — confirmation that you are 21 years of age or older, captured at site entry and/or at checkout.
Information collected automatically
When you use the Services, we and our service providers automatically collect:
- Device and connection data — IP address, browser type and version, operating system, device identifiers, and approximate location derived from your IP.
- Usage data — pages viewed, links clicked, time on page, referring and exit URLs, and other interactions with the Site.
- Cookies, pixels, and similar technologies — see the Cookies and Tracking Technologies section below.
Information from third parties
- Payment processors collect and verify your payment details (card number, expiration, billing address) to complete your purchase. We do not store full card numbers on our systems.
- Shipping and fulfillment partners receive the information needed to deliver your order.
- Analytics and advertising partners (such as Google Analytics, Meta, and similar providers) may share information about your interactions with our advertisements or with other sites.
- Marketing platforms (such as our email and SMS providers) may provide aggregated audience data or measurement information.
How We Use Your Information
We use your personal information to:
- Process orders, payments, refunds, exchanges, and customer support requests.
- Provide, maintain, secure, and improve the Services.
- Send transactional communications (order confirmations, shipping updates, account notices).
- Send marketing communications, including email and SMS, where you have opted in (you may opt out at any time — see Anti-Spam Policy).
- Measure and improve the performance of our marketing and advertising.
- Personalize content, recommendations, and offers.
- Detect, prevent, and respond to fraud, abuse, and security incidents.
- Verify age and shipping eligibility.
- Comply with legal obligations and enforce our Terms of Service.
How We Disclose Your Information
We share personal information in the following circumstances:
- Service providers that perform functions on our behalf — payment processing, order fulfillment, shipping, hosting, analytics, email and SMS delivery, customer support, fraud prevention, and IT services.
- Advertising and marketing partners for the purpose of measuring, attributing, and serving advertisements, including through server-side conversion APIs and pixel-based tracking.
- Affiliated entities within our corporate group for legitimate business purposes.
- Legal and safety disclosures — in response to subpoenas, court orders, lawful requests from public authorities, to enforce our terms or to protect our rights, property, users, or the public.
- Business transactions — in connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, reorganization, bankruptcy, or sale of assets, in which personal information may be transferred as a business asset.
- With your consent — for any other purpose disclosed at the time you provide your information.
Sale and Sharing of Personal Information
Under certain U.S. state privacy laws (including the California Consumer Privacy Act, as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act), our use of cookies and tracking technologies to deliver targeted advertising — including server-side conversion APIs that pass hashed identifiers to advertising platforms — may be considered "sharing" or "selling" of personal information.
Over the preceding 12 months, we have "shared" the following categories of personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising:
- Identifiers (such as hashed email address, phone number, IP address, and device identifiers)
- Commercial information (such as products viewed, added to cart, or purchased)
- Internet activity (such as browsing history on the Site and interactions with our advertisements)
Recipients of these disclosures are our advertising and analytics partners (which currently include, but are not limited to, Google, Meta, and Microsoft).
We do not knowingly sell or share personal information of consumers under 16 years of age, and the Services are not directed to anyone under 21 years of age.
You may opt out of sharing for targeted advertising at any time. See Targeted Advertising & Opt-Out below.
What We Do NOT Do
- We do not sell or rent our customer email list, customer phone list, or order data to any third party for their own marketing purposes.
- We do not store your full credit card number on our systems. Card data is handled by PCI-compliant payment processors.
- We do not share your personal information with data brokers or "people search" sites.
- We do not use your shipping address, phone number, or order history to target you with advertising on behalf of unrelated brands.
- We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 21.
- We will not disclose your personal information for any purpose not described in this Policy without first asking for your consent or providing notice.
Cookies and Tracking Technologies
We and our service providers use cookies, pixels, web beacons, SDKs, and similar technologies to operate the Site, remember your preferences, measure performance, and personalize advertising.
Most browsers accept cookies by default; you can adjust your browser settings to refuse or remove cookies, but doing so may affect Site functionality such as remembering your cart, saved addresses, or login session.
We honor browser-based opt-out signals, including Global Privacy Control (GPC), for users in jurisdictions where GPC is recognized as a valid opt-out mechanism. Blocking cookies may not fully prevent disclosures to advertising partners that rely on server-side identifiers; use the opt-out tools listed below for those.

Third-Party Sites
The Services may link to third-party websites or services we do not control. Their information practices are governed by their own privacy policies. We are not responsible for the content or privacy practices of those sites.
Age Restriction and Children's Data
The Services are intended for adults aged 21 years or older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 21.
If you are a parent or guardian and believe a minor has provided us with personal information, contact us using the details below and we will delete the information from our records.
Security and Retention
Security. We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect personal information against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. These include SSL/TLS encryption for all data transmitted between your browser and the Site, access controls within our systems, and contractual data-protection commitments from our service providers. No system is perfectly secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security of information transmitted to or from the Services.
Retention. We retain personal information for as long as needed to provide the Services, fulfill the purposes described in this Policy, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. When information is no longer needed, we delete it or de-identify it.
Your Privacy Rights
Depending on where you live, you may have some or all of the following rights with respect to your personal information:
- The right to know what personal information we have collected, used, disclosed, sold, or shared.
- The right to request a copy of your personal information in a portable format.
- The right to request correction of inaccurate information.
- The right to request deletion of your personal information.
- The right to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information for targeted advertising.
- The right to limit the use of sensitive personal information.
- The right to non-discrimination for exercising your rights.
- The right to withdraw consent where processing is based on consent.
These rights are not absolute and may be subject to exceptions under applicable law.
How to Exercise Your Rights
You can exercise any of the rights above by:
- Submitting a request through our Your Privacy Choices page, or
- Emailing info@kingdomkratom.com with the subject line
PRIVACY REQUESTand a description of the right you want to exercise.
We may need to verify your identity before responding — typically by asking you to confirm the email address and order number associated with your account. You may also designate an authorized agent to submit requests on your behalf, subject to verification.
We will respond within 45 days of receiving a verifiable request (sometimes extended by an additional 45 days where reasonably necessary, in which case we will notify you).
We do not discriminate against you for exercising any of these rights.
Do Not Track
Most web browsers offer a "Do Not Track" (DNT) signal. There is no industry-standard interpretation of DNT, and we currently do not alter our practices in response to DNT signals. We do, however, honor Global Privacy Control (GPC), which has been recognized by several state attorneys general as a valid opt-out signal — see the Cookies section above.
Complaints
If you have concerns about how we handle your personal information, please contact us first using the details below. If you are not satisfied with our response, you may have the right — depending on where you live — to lodge a complaint with your state attorney general, your local data-protection authority, or another regulator with jurisdiction.
International Users
Our Services are operated from the United States, and our shipping is limited to the United States only. If you access the Services from outside the U.S., your personal information may be transferred to, stored, and processed in the U.S., where data-protection laws may differ from those in your jurisdiction. By using the Services, you consent to that transfer.
California Proposition 65
In addition to your privacy rights, residents of California should be aware of additional product-safety disclosures applicable to kratom products under California Proposition 65. See our Disclaimer for the full Prop 65 warning.
