Return Policy

Kingdom Kratom (operated by FYE LLC) stands behind every product we ship. If something is wrong with your order, or you simply changed your mind, this page explains exactly how returns, exchanges, and refunds work. All returns require a pre-authorized Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number — items shipped back without an approved RMA will not be accepted or refunded.
Return & Refund Eligibility
30-Day Window
Your order must have been delivered to you no more than 30 days before you submit a return request. The clock starts on the carrier's confirmed delivery date, not your order date.
Product Condition
To qualify for a refund, the item must be in its original packaging with the manufacturer's seal either intact or, for opened items, with at least 50% of the original product remaining.
Unopened vs. Opened Items
You may return unlimited sealed items from your order for a full product refund. You may return one opened item per order, provided it meets the 50%-remaining rule above.
Example: If you ordered three of the same powder and all three were opened with more than 50% remaining, one item is refundable as opened, and the other two cannot be refunded unless you return them unopened.
Exchange Eligibility
30-Day Window
Same as returns — exchange requests must be submitted within 30 days of the delivery date.
Condition Requirement
The product you are sending back for exchange must be sealed and in its original packaging. We cannot accept opened products for exchange under any circumstances.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return, refund, or exchange:
- Sale, clearance, or promotional items marked "Final Sale"
- Gift cards (digital or physical)
- Items damaged by customer misuse, improper storage, or after-delivery handling
- Subscription orders beyond the first two billed shipments (see Subscription Orders below)
- Items returned without an approved RMA number
Three-Step Return Process
Step 1 — Submit Your Request
Email info@kingdomkratom.com with the following:
- Your order number
- The delivery date (per carrier tracking)
- Item name(s) and condition (sealed or opened, percentage remaining)
- Your reason for return
- For exchanges only: the replacement product you would like
You will receive a reply within 1–2 business days with either your RMA number and return shipping instructions, or a follow-up question if more detail is needed.
Step 2 — Approval & Return Shipping Label
Upon approval, we will email you a prepaid return shipping label and your RMA number.
- For standard returns and exchanges, the return shipping fee is deducted from your refund, or added to your exchange invoice (see Exchanges below).
- For damaged or defective items (see Damaged or Defective Orders below), Kingdom Kratom pays the return shipping at no cost to you.
Pack the item(s) securely in their original packaging. Write the RMA number clearly on the outside of the package. Drop the package at any USPS or UPS location, or schedule a carrier pickup.
Step 3 — Inspection
Once your return arrives at our San Antonio facility, our team inspects the item and verifies eligibility. Inspection takes 5–10 business days from the date the return is received.
We will email you when inspection is complete with a confirmation of either your refund amount or your exchange invoice.
Refunds
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 10 business days of inspection completion. Bank processing on your end may add an additional 2–5 business days before the credit appears on your statement.
- Refund amount = product purchase price − return shipping fee (for standard returns) or full product price + original shipping (for damaged/defective items).
- We do not charge a restocking fee.
- Original shipping charges paid on your order are non-refundable for standard returns. They are refunded only for damaged or defective claims.
If your original payment method is no longer valid (closed card, etc.), notify us at the time of return — we will issue a paper check to the shipping address on file.
Exchanges
Exchanges are processed once your returned item passes inspection and your invoice is paid.
The exchange invoice includes:
- The return shipping fee for the item you sent back
- The new outbound shipping fee for the replacement item
- The price difference, if any, between the original and replacement items
Exchange shipping is free if the replacement item totals $75 or more (matching our standard free-shipping threshold). Below $75, standard shipping rates apply.
Once the exchange invoice is paid, the replacement item ships the next business day (subject to the same processing rules as a new order — see Shipping Policy).
Damaged or Defective Orders
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us at info@kingdomkratom.com within 7 days of delivery with:
- Your order number
- Photos of the damaged outer packaging and the affected product(s)
- A brief description of the issue
Approved damaged or defective claims are resolved at your choice:
- Replacement of the affected item(s) at no additional charge (including free outbound shipping), or
- Full refund of the affected item(s) and original outbound shipping, processed to your original payment method.
For damaged or defective claims, Kingdom Kratom pays return shipping if a return is required. In most cases, no return is required — photo evidence is sufficient.
Claims submitted more than 7 days after delivery, or without photo evidence, may not be eligible.
Subscription Orders
If you have an active subscription with Kingdom Kratom, the following rules apply in addition to the standard return policy above:
- A minimum of two billed subscription shipments is required before you may cancel your subscription.
- After the second billed shipment, you may modify, pause, or cancel your subscription at any time by emailing info@kingdomkratom.com or from your account dashboard.
- Subscription shipments are subject to the same 30-day return window and condition rules as one-time orders.
- Damaged or defective subscription items follow the standard damaged/defective process above.

Age Verification
Returns and exchanges are subject to the same 21-and-older requirement as new orders. We reserve the right to refuse a return or exchange if the original order or the return shipment cannot be reasonably verified to belong to a person 21 years of age or older.
Order Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled in full before a shipping label is created — usually within a few hours of placement. Email info@kingdomkratom.com with your order number as soon as possible.
Once a shipping label has been generated, the order is in carrier hands. From that point, this Return Policy applies once the package is delivered.
